I made this tutu for Grace today. Next week she is turning 3 and I wanted a picture of her with a tutu. The shirt she is going to wear has rainbow colors in it and this matches really well. This picture didn't turn out very well but I think if I had a black background you would see how bright it is. My next project is her # 3 shirt that I'm going to make. I can't believe this little girl is almost 3.
