I'm into my 3rd week of class. After this week I will be half way done with my first class. So far it hasn't been too bad. Just a lot of reading and responding online. The group project was a little annoying and I think we have 4 during this class. This week I have a power point to do. I will probably spend all day at the library on Saturday to get it done.
Poor Andrew got pink eye this last weekend and his eye still doesn't look too good. He is also coughing and really tired so I am going to take him in and see if it's allergies and get a new prescription. Of course the last couple of days he has been complaining about his leg again. Not sure about that but we'll mention it just in case. I should probably keep a calendar of when he complains about it just in case.
Here are some pictures I took sometime over the last few weeks....
Andrew built this house but had trouble getting the roof to stay on. He built it all by himself...windows, doors and all!
And here are some cookies the kids decorated. I just gave them all the sugar and sprinkles and turned my back. Can you imagine eating one of these things?
Gross, huh? My teeth hurt just looking at them! Well, that's all for today! I'll leave you with this picture of Grace in bed for the night.....obviously not going to sleep! Good night!

Hi Melissa, I am glad that school is going good for you!!I am so sorry that Andrew is still having problems with the pink eye etc. There are so many germs out there right now. My daughter's family had the swine flu and Clark's family had the stomach flu,Rick and Greg had the stomach flu and I had the acute bronchitis and sinusitis 3 times. It is hard to find someone that has not been sick this Winter.--Good job, Andrew!! You made a great log cabin!! You are a sweet,good-looking boy! Grace looks precious in bed all comfortable and laying on her pet pillow!Yes, she definitely does not look sleepy.(LOL) -It does not matter how their cookies look-the point is they had fun making them!! Love and Hugs to you all, Kathy
ReplyDeleteSend those cookies to Papa Rick! I'd eat them! Sorry Andrew is still having trouble getting rid of that pink eye!
ReplyDeleteMaybe Andrew will grow up and be a home designer or something. He really did a good job!
Both kids are adorable, but you might as well write or tattoo "Miss Independent" on Grace's forehead! You can tell by looking at her that her being in bed wasn't her idea! LOL
As Grampy says, She's as independent as a hog on ice!
Love to all!
